Earlier this year, a number of residents attended two meetings with Urbancorp, the builder wanting to re-develop the former St. Joseph’s school site. At those meetings, many residents raised questions about density, setbacks, and traffic patterns. As a result, Urbancorp has made some changes to their initial application submitted to City Planning.
I am hosting this third meeting so you can hear directly from Urbancorp on the changes that they have made to their proposal based on the suggestions from residents and city planning and design. I hope you are able to attend this next meeting on this development.
